In London 2019, Oli created Mabane Media, an award-winning digital agency offering advertising services on Facebook, Google, Instagram, and TikTok.
Mabane Media began with a shared vision to help e-commerce brands stretch their impact across the digital world. Since then, Mabane has grown into a remote team of over 20 full-time, growth-focused marketers, digital content creators, and brand experts based in the UK, Europe, South Africa, Sydney, Manila, Lagos, LA, and Miami.
Today, the paid ads side of Mabane Media led by Schalck Kleynhans and Leo Alexander, continues to flourish and deliver industry-leading results on both Meta and Google ads.
In 2022, following the rapid rise of TikTok and Mabane Media’s success in working with clients to create viral content and high-converting ad creatives, Loud Lion was born.
Together with his business partner and best friend of 15 years, Alex Wyatt, Oli co-founded what is now one of the world’s leading ad creative agencies. Having worked with over 100 US-based clients and achieved over a billion views with 10,000+ pieces of content, Loud Lion remains at the forefront of content innovation and continues to propel numerous brands to huge online success.

Pitching our vision couldn’t be possible without Head of Partnerships, Ross McLaren. Together with Alex and Oli, he saw an opportunity to start offering this expertise as a service to other agencies eager to outsource their partnership building. And so, CloseShark was born.
CloseShark now works with over 30 other industry-leading agencies, providing best-in-class sales services, forming hundreds of successful new business partnerships every month, and saving business owners thousands on hiring costs, training costs, and missed opportunities.
Moving forward, the Mabane Media group aims to remain at the forefront of digital marketing while venturing into new industries when the time is right.
